Pablo Acuin and learns how he used his daily commuting routine as motivation in developing the new hybrid electric train currently being used by the Philippine National Railways. Engr. Acuin tackles the problems they encountered when building the Filipino-made train. He also presents its high-tech safety features and emphasizes the need to develop this type of technology. Finally, Engr. Acuin relays his hope that the Philippine government and Filipino commuters would support and patronize the use of hybrid electric trains.
