Lt. B.J. Blazkowicz, an World War II American secret agent, was sent to investigate reports of bizarre experiments being conducted by Nazi Germany's special weapons research facilities involving the occult. What he finds is more frightening than can be imagined and that much harder to stop as he must battle not only the Nazi hordes, but also the stuff of nightmares not including the monstrosities that twisted Nazi science have created.

I simply love how accurately they re-created the original Wolfenstein 3D-missions (excluding Hitler). If you remember, Wolfenstein 3D was also about hideous mutant creations (Dr. Schabbs saga), chemical and biological warfare (Otto Giftmacher and General Fettgesicht). Adding "Where Eagles Dare" elements was also a nice touch.

Well, Wolfenstein: The Old Blood is that in a way except reimagined to fit the MachineGames timeline. Otherwise, there is none. You will have to find a mod for this game that fits your specifications.
