The sentinel and Dubsta and sandking can be easily acquired by starting the mission Time to get away, locks the clock at 12 pm i got all three just using a dubsta i stole
The lost slamvan you can also get from the lucky wheel if your lucky its one of the prizes on the mystery and to get the clown van just get to rank 75 in arena war to unlock it as a pegasus vehicle and psace docker is same as clown van but rank 500 and the rusty tractor is 1000

I got the gold one to spawn almost instantly. Did one quick lap at 10am, and it was there.
Took me 3 days on/off for it to spawn
