- Wanted to hike and spend the night in the mountains at Fulufjället, all alone. It's a good way to get away and clear your mind. Brought my camera and visited the top of Sweden's highest waterfall and a clonal tree which is more than 9000 years old.

Härlig stämningsfull film från en av mina favoritplatser! Även om det var lite kallt när du var där, så hade du tur med vinden....för det kan blåsa rätt duktigt uppe vid Rörsjöarna. Tack för filmen.

Det är väldigt fint och lättillgängligt. Ja jag hade verkligen tur med vindarna.
Mittfavoritfjäll annars är Helagsfjällen.
Mysigt! Jag brukar oftast bara gå dagsturer på fjällen, även om de kan både vara långa och på många timmar :) Helagsfjället har jag besökt flera gånger, faktiskt senast denna sommar, campade i husbilen på parkeringen över natten. I visit your country regularly. I love your frilutsliv. I would like to ask about your shoes. I noticed that Scandinavians use shoes that are not in my outdoor stores. Next year I plan to enter the Sarek National Park. I did tekking around Abisko and I know my shoes didn't work out. Can you recommend something.
Nice to hear that you visit Sweden regulary :-) , as for my recommendation I really like leather boots that are looked after. Also a version that really gives support for your ankle. Also a little taller version. Best would off course be if you could buy them locally at your place. So you could break them in and know that they work. But you mention that you cant find those at your stores.
But I would recommend Lundhags offcourse & Graninge Boots.
