- On today's episode, Pete & Mitch (@scottishsurfer9885) were supposed to be talking about the impending trip to film our next set of episodes in the North East of England, somehow, we took a tangent and got onto mental health and how we have both been in therapy. its not always an easy subject to talk about, specially when its so personal but here it is.

The UK Surf Show and its affiliates recommended watching a minimum of 24 minute in the bath post surf, or if no surf has been completed then 3/4 of the episode should be viewed with the bubbles.....
