You thought they looked fast? Maybe I’m the 3rd. I was watching the highlights thinking how slow and tired and uninspired they look. I know they played a lot of hockey and it’s catching up with them, I’m even okay with them playing sluggish in games until the playoffs. This team needs some defense and fast, it’s just wearing the forwards out more every game. Bob was the hero again tonight and especially against Colorado the other night
@ I watched the entire game, they definitely had more moments where they looked faster than they have been. They still look like a shell of last years team. Shmidt is bad, and frankly, they miss the net too much. I don’t know why people are saying anything about “defense” we can’t score either. Both of them are problems right now. However, it could be that the forwards know the defense isn’t what it was last year, and are trying to make up for it, so the offense is drying up. So I agree with you and see what you’re saying.
Because if they have a decent defense then the forwards can concentrate on scoring instead of sweating to get back if they turn the puck over. That’s why everyone is saying about the defense. And I agree, this is a shell of last years team
