I was taking notes the whole time, so here it goes for everyone:
- Know your audience and their motive of listening first
- Research on your topics, include follow-up, CTA, content search, obviously provide value and resources to the audience
- Research on the venue, meet the organiser, makes it easier to communicate, use props in big events
- Own the stage - practice beforehand so to avoid unnecessary issues and to feel easier + comfortable
- Use an engaging intro to hook the audience within 20-30 secs - facts / stories / ask questions to the crowd
- Break the ice for the audience by having them engage with each other
- Engage audience - use relatable questions / tasks / hand raising on relatable topics / pick audience
- Eye contact - helps to have a personal connection with everyone from audience, use friends / objects to look into every individual corners
- Use Gestures & Postures to engage / connect
- Be spontaneous, talk to your audience in their language. Tell stories rather than facts / advice. Humour works the best
- Maintain Tonality to deliver the emotion / vibe / tone of your speech
- Use relatable storytelling to make your audience remember the takeaways
- Speech Delights - use relatable ear candy for your audience
- Do something different on the end - provide CTA for the audience

সাধারণত বড় ভিডিও হলে ক্লান্ত লাগে দেখতে কিন্তু আপনার ফুল ভিডিও দেখতে আমার একটু ও বিরক্ত লাগেনা। সবচেয়ে মজার বিষয় হলো আমার স্পিকিং এর প্রতি একটা আকর্ষণ কাজ করে এবং আপনার ভিডিও দেখার পর ভাবি যে না আসলে বক্তা হওয়ার স্বপ্নটা পূরণ হবে আমার। আপনার আইডিয়াগুলো আসলে চমৎকার যা আমায় অনুপ্রেরণা দেয় ❤️ Thank you so much sir for changing us and making us a perfect dreamer
