I know I'm coming into this video pretty late, but I just wanted to give my compliments to your style. As a relatively new painter, the detail that you go into on your paints is something I haven't found anywhere else. Great videos, fantastic format, all around thumbs up!
HaHa..... A fellow Florylian come on we'll have a little huddle over her lol. Yes this is it but if you read between the lines you can see it's got Phils name all over it.I have come on loads with my airbrushing sins I joined.
Very nice finish! Well done. I'm still a little intimidated by the big box, full of Katoki goodness, sitting on the top of my shelf... Building smaller models to get your Model-Mojo back? Sounds like a very good advice. I should try that some day ; ) Cheers!
Nice!!!!wow what kind of camera are you using for this videos? i have been looking for a good camera to do video reviews of dvd ans blu rays! xD any tips?
stuart Lathe Thanks!!!!! I wish i could paint and be as good a you! i do have airbrush and all that and spray booth but... well practice is the key of everything i guess LOL Glad to be here and learn something from you mate! :) i'm waiting for Gundam mk 2 2.0 and gundam rx-78 3.0 that i have ordered. Take care!
Quick question to u use the metallize sealer on only metallics or on all of the paint red included? Also I can't find anything on how to spray it should it be high psi?
Hi there and thanks for the question. now I only use the sealer on the metallic's and at no more than 15psi stops it drying before it gets to the paint. :)
Stuart!!!!!! I have one more ? Sorry... I finally got the Uni paint pens at a great price.. I've thinned everything but enamels. So what thinner do u use testers thinner or airbrush thinner they carry? Also what kind of ratio since it already looks like there is some sort of flow improver? I know u get so many comments so I really appreciate you, even if u can't respond :)
+stuart Lathe Ok so I'm a liar :(. I need more help. How did you decant them did you just pull out nib and let poor out, or did u take that whole top portion off the Uni-paint marker?...... While I'm here one more ?, How many markers filled up those bottles in particular you have a vid I can't seem find, but you have it in clear plastic bottle vs the brown glass bottle.. Did I get ripped off or is there not very much paint in there... I have the fine point px20 which I imagined for same price more paint... Sorry for cheating and using UR knowledge so I don't have to waste money doing it wrong.... GRACIAS hugs&kisses!
Hi there and thanks for your question. What colour are you talking about? There are a few metallics used on the kit but mainly used on the inner frame.
Love you video's man little constructive criticism, if you could boost the volume to your vocals or turn down the background music a tad it would be sweet, I want to be able to hear everything your explaining. Amazing vid :)
Hi Bob and thanks for watching. Ok my bad the audio on the vid should have been from the overhead camera. However during the edit I used the audio from the DSLR witch was a little further away. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.
Your paint jobs are one of the cleanest ever seen!!
Well done bro!
True artist!
Thanks brother very much appreciated.

Hay John not a problem you ask away :) Ok you need to use ENAMEL thinners with the paint pens ether Humbrol or Testors will do at around 50/50%

hi i would like to ask you how you painted the hands of this kit?
Hi Dennis, I simply assemble them then make a clenched fist to spray the joints then open hand and spray the rest its that easy :)
Oh did you prime it?
No primer just straight paint then a clear coat :)
Ahh thanks mate!
+stuart Lathe why didn't you prime? didn't want multiple coats to make it thick?
Damn, Sazabi, you're so gorgeous!
TotemoGaijin Cheers dude much appreciated. I do have other vids of the Sam.
Why are you married...
LOL thank you Novakira xx
