Great video. I need to know if anyone has been experiencing any weird smells coming through the vents on their brand new 2025 equinox? my wife purchased a brand new equinox 2025 about 3 months ago and every now and then for a brief few seconds, she would smell a fume like smell (best description we have so far) and then it goes away and its back to regular car smell. This only happens when the AC is on recirculating, temp medium and fan speed on medium. We brought it to the GM dealership and they replaced the cooling fan (mind u this is a brand new vehicle) which reduced the smell drastically but there are still faint smell every now and then. We don't know what we are inhaling and despite our efforts, the dealership still doesn't know what is causing the smell since they can't seem to replicate it so we are documenting everything to give them, since it is still under warranty. If anyone out there has just bought a chevy equinox LT 2025, please let me know if you have the same issue and what was the culprit and the fix please. This is driving us crazy. I know if this was a BMW and we were having these issues they would have probably done more for us.
The 2025 equinox sure looks great and has many features that I am looking for but the MPG is not the best and i worry about long term reliability with that engine
And the need to pay an extra 60 cents per gallon for premium gasoline for such mediocre horsepower is out if the question for me. If Im going to pay for 93 octane gasoline I want a turbo that produces more power like the Mazda turbo engines.
This 2025 Chevy Equinox is missing a 2.0 Turbo Engine found in the Cadillac XT4. I prefer the interior of the 2025 GMC Terrain, however the Terrain sibling of the Equinox needs the styling department to redesign the front end of the Terrain to look like mini version of the New Acadia. The Equinox will do well in the market place with a larger engine. Good Review Josh!
Is it just me, or is that engine just so unimpressive? I dont want to spend 60 cents more per gallon of gasoline on 93 octane just for that weak level of power.
I'm sure you can get it less than 30k negotiate the price especially delivery fee and the prep fee plus I have a gm employee discount my dad retired from gm granted he passed away a few years ago mabe find a sale
Yes!
The All Wheel Drive trim has an 8 Speed Transmission, that's what I purchased.
Same here
How do you get the fog lights to come ON, while leaving the headlights OFF? Thanks!

Love it
A very handsome design here. This vehicle will do very well for Chevy, if dealers don't screw things up with addendums and markup games.

I have a FWD, no complaints here.
Joshua- don’t know what the invoice is for this unit …
How much is it now??
It looks more manly this time.
Absolutely! I wouldn’t mind driving one
Cool
👍
Only a 1.5 in a +3600 pound vehicle? I don't understand chevys obsession with small turbo engines that don't last
I agree, I wish it was a V6
I have a 2020 Equinox the same engine, the 1.5T and I have over 200,000 miles and I have not had a single issue with my engine.
