They need to build an air conditioned building around that place. It will help with theyre mining and help the neighbors. It's not like marathon doesn't have the money. That's lazy bullshit.
I am sorry y’all are going through this. There is an appalling lack of regulation of industry in Texas. The TCEQ and government serve at the feet of industry (often foreign) at the expense of our citizens. Shameful !
Although I am a big fan of bitcoin. I do understand the frustration of the landowners. These type of facilities will be popping up more and more as now they actually give power back to the grid in times of need and balances out the power supply issues during high usage. Maybe when everything is finished, being built, the landowners can band together and come up with a compromise with the mining facility.
This is as bad as it gets, the value of the stuff is just going to get higher no Economist nor anyone is at the wheel. None of these people will do anything about it, they live in the middle of nowhere they are easy marks.
Here is some Fort Worth police brutality from this week. Fort Worth City Council meeting footage posted from today's 6/25 meeting was edited to cut out citizen outcry. Here is a video of the incident and aftermath. 57yr old lady says hi to officer, he tells her to go across the street. She doesn't, he says your under arrest, she says no. So, he then body slams her face into ground. Choking was better. Grabbing people and slamming them to concrete headfirst to cause the greatest amount of damage to someone's head, face, neck, back and shoulder isn't the answer. Take close notice to her snoring unconscious as officer Krueger repeats 'Stop Resisting' as he is hurting her. Oh, he was brutal in Irving as well but quit and got hired in Fort Worth before he was fired there. ruclips.net/video/nnzGIjpBb7s/видео.html
I totally understand, I asked my city to reroute the train tracks away from my neighborhood so I can have some peace, and I’m gonna try and have that pesky airport moved next
File a law suite to make them buy you out. They have the responsibility to cut the noise or move you away

You can immerse miners in water and they run 100% quiet
How many people are upset about the noise? 5 ? They could buy you out at a premium. They can afford it.
Buy some Bitcoin and hold it for a few years. Maybe the noise wont bother you as much.😂
Make them put up a sound wall
Conservative: I hate government regulation
Bitcoin Mine: I'm moving next door
Conservative:
The noise can be reduced. Like a new freeway.
Sounds awful! They should always do an environmental impact statement before
This is horrible. What can be done?
