I really love Brandi, she is a beautiful human being inside and out. I truly believe she wants the best for AEW just like Cody does and will do whatever she can in her power to ensure AEW succeeds and when you look at everything they've ready done for the company I think it's truly amazing. I'm proud to be an AEW fan and I'm proud of Cody & Brandi for taking this huge leap of faith together to help bring All Elite Wrestling into Fruition.
Although not seemingly cut out for in ring action, unless a foil for someone, Brandi has come a long way from when she 1st started. She has talent, outrageously gorgeous & holding her own being a member of the Rhodes family & still settling in to her role as a powerful leading lady in the world of pro wrasslin. Respect for Brandi Rhodes.. 👍🏻💕

I LOVE that Brandi is all abt merit and not quotas. I personally feel like quotas are bigoted in themselves b/c companies end up seeing a person as a demographic and not as the individual human being that they are. We are not numbers, we are people and I love that AEW is treating everyone like a human being!

Words can't express how excited I am that AEW not only does this as a standard audio podcast, but decided to bless us with a video version, as well :D
AEW is great in so many ways - whether it's the actual in-ring wrestling, the great promos from the Jerichos and Codys to the awesome characters like Hangman, Nyla, Darby, Sammy G or Santana & Ortiz... there's a LOT AEW is getting right. But I have to say, the absolute BEST part of AEW so far? The fact they've proven time and time again, they actually do take fan reaction and feedback into consideration.
That's something pro-wrestling has been missing for a loooong time, at least from a promotion of AEW's size and AEW certainly doesn't have to listen to the audience, they could be doing whatever they want with the "we know what's entertaining, you just shutup and be happy with what you're given" attitude... but they've clearly listened when fans are clamoring for something and more often than not, they end up GIVING US WHAT WE WANT, to quote Dave Bautista lol
Keep up the great work! And, once again, another great episode from Tony and Aubrey - plus, Brandi has somehow managed to endear herself to me even more, which is crazy, because she already seems like one of the realest, most down to earth and kind-hearted people in the wrestling business.
both brandi and aubrey are brilliant examples of why *the women of aew* garner such respect from their peers. the eclectic variety of characters in aew gets more intriguing and inspiring as we get to know them better. inclusivity and diversity as branding for a company in professional wrestling is not only forward-thinking, but is bringing in new, young viewers with the same moral convictions, and also making us, the "old hat" fans feel very proud. brandi's youtube channel is awesome, tony is a gifted interviewer and pairs beautifully with aubrey's smokey-voiced wit. i am so glad that aew has arrived on the scene...i can't wait to see what they do in *the light.*. (bring back the golden lovers, asap...pleeeease...)

Can Aubrey and Tony please interview some refs? I'd really love to know more their role in things. A wrestler or three I've talked to REALLY admire and respect Bryce for instance.

I love AEW and the concept of these podcasts. I'm done though Aubery just kind off takes over with very little to add, if you notice Brandi talks to Tony the whole time more or less. I will watch again if they could find someone to replace Aubery. Orange Cassidy would add more than she does.

All these people talking so much trash on nyla rose is insane. I met her and Shawn Spears.. Two wonderful people and she is the nicest person and wrestler i ever met. Very very sweet person and i say she because thats what she identifies as. homophobes and transphobes need to get over it and if the other women had a problem they would say something. I have no problem with Nyla, i'm sure he is a very nice person, but I am not going to call him a woman, and I am not going to pretend I am okay with a man holding a title which was created exclusively for the women's division. Doing so is an insult to the real women on the roster. You cannot magically change someone's sex through surgery, it is scientifically impossible.

In my mind, it's her role. Just like you have two or more different styles of a commentator, I see that here. Aubrey to me is like some... goofy relateable sister, her comfort and flow with the guest is a good bridge between the viewer. Tony is the bullet point man, he moreso turns the wheel. Basically, I dont see it as Tony being stepped on, but moreso just his role.

Brandi went to college and not have to take out student loans. That is impressive. Brandi works around the clock in AEW. She puts her life on the line for entertainment. I wish AEW can pay off student loans via Givling App available on iOS and Android.

i wanna touch on your point at about 3:20 in. in my opinion, so salt and all that, it is just as valid to say that Cody wouldnt be here without you. a good partnership is about making eachother better and bringing strength and compassion during the times when thats needed. you two pushed eachother to the top of the world and thats awesome.

I must be in the minority here but I like Aubrey on this podcast. Sure she's interrupting people at times but most of the time she's either agreeing with them, or adding to what they're saying.

I really love Aubrey but as a host she doesn't do well... She keeps pushing herself as the main topic. No matter what the other person is saying, she's trying to make this branch out to her own life. I know this would work well in conversations but on a podcast it just rudely interrupts the guest

If the Nightmare Collective ever gets inducted into WrestleCrap, I hope they do so with the caveat "But then they did something you rarely see in the wrestling business: They actually listened to fan reactions, and they cancelled the storyline outright, turning Brandi face in the process. That's why we put this here. They admitted they had a bad idea, and they stopped it. Why can't more companies do that?"

Wasn't Sandra working at WWE during the filming of the first season of WWE Divas? I seem to recall one of the few episodes I've seen revolving around one of the girls going behind a seamstress's back to have an outfit made and then having to crawl back to her to get it fixed. I want to say the seamstress was named Sandra or Sandy. (Edit: Damn, I hate my memory sometimes. Season 1. Episode 2. That's probably as far as I made it into that show.)

Jeez Aubrey let people get full sentences in. A good hosts listens and responds with thoughtful comments. Interjecting all the time makes it seem you aren’t listening.
interjecting a lot could also mean that ppl could have had a similar situation and as it's being brought up and you think about it you sometimes subconsciously interject to add in/on/compare and relate before the subject is changed or before you forget!!! Ppl that think a lot does that subconsciously a lot because they always have so much on their minds that thing's tend to let it's self out that's how ppl sometimes say things they don't mean to say or say them at the wrong times!!! Has little to do with not listening!!! You can tell Aubrey is a great listener and so am I!!!

Nyla Rose truly does not deserve the hate that she gets. To me it doesn't matter that Nyla is transgender, it doesn't matter to me that she use to be a man times are changing and with those changes should be attitudes but it's clear the world still has a long way to go towards accepting LGBTQ. I like Nyla Rose for the character portrayal she is playing on TV, and if I ever have any hate towards Nyla Rose it would be the TV character/gimmick being portrayed not the real life person. I hope things start to get better for Nyla Rose because it has to be tough that she has to even go thru the bs she has to just to make a name for herself and being comfortable in her own skin even if biology says otherwise. The world does not get to decide who Nyla Rose is, only Nyla has the power to do that and I respect her for that.
