you all prolly dont give a damn but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account..? I was dumb lost the account password. I would appreciate any tricks you can offer me
@Aryan Kyler I really appreciate your reply. I found the site on google and im in the hacking process atm. Seems to take quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
@Aryan Kyler HOLY **** IT ACTUALLY WORKED! I literally hacked my IG account details within ~ 45 minutes of using the site. Had to pay 15$ but definitely worth the price :) Thanks so much you saved my ass :D
Please please please let this be a regular thing, I absolutely loved this. My book wishlist just got longer based on your recommendations and the recent videos are helping me to love reading again ❤️
If you can find it, the movie they made of 84 Charing Cross Road staring Anne Bancroft and Anthony Hopkins is delightful. Just a lovely snapshot of humanity.
I love that Carrie takes the time to research the real-life impact of the books that she reads, regarding the autistic woman who works in a convenience store story. She is compassionate to characters she encounters whilst reading and is then able to apply it to real life, which is rare skill. Thank you Carrie for bringing to light things that we should all try to take into account.
Loved the longer video, and books combined with a vlog is perfect! Got so many books waiting to be read, but of course I’m now going to go and buy some of these🤣xx
After a bit of an icky morning, this was such a lovely video in my RUclips notifications. I could watch Carrie talk about books forever. I’ve recently reignited my passion for reading too, so it’s lovely to be able to follow along. Feel free to keep this reading vlogs coming!
I seriously love how much you love Reading! Seeing all your book vlogs has really gotten me back into reading! I’m a slow reader admittedly (especially when I’m writing) but I’ve been flying through books this year whilst watching your videos hehe! I also need to rewatch some of your videos so I can list all your recommendations 😂😍 xx
Love the fact that this is a longer video! And now I can buy some more books which is just great (although I don’t have the shelf space AT ALL 😬) I would’ve been an early commenter but it’s my birthday and when you posted this, I was sat in the middle of some random field, most probably getting hit in the face with a balloon 🤣 Hope everyone’s having a brilliant day #sortofcameoearlysquad (??) 🥰
@@Carrie Thank you so much for the birthday wishes! As for the balloons, I’ve seemingly grown a small collection which just keep going in my office as it’s a nightmare having the windows open with them in your room aha! 🙈
LOVED this vlog, Carrie! Maybe for your next one, you can include all the books/authors you mentioned in the video description? I kept having to backtrack to write down titles because all these books sound so interesting!
Carrie, this is BEAUTIFUL! If Andrew Lloyd Weber created a musical based on Belle from Beauty and the Beast, he should cast you in the lead role. You are the embodiment of Belle, and it would be so COOL to see you portray her, because she sings and completely loses herself and gets lost in books she reads. ❤️👍
Im loving the crossover between Carrie and Noelle! Also, I never knew I needed Carrie to do more booktube content until now. Also, Carrie if you are reading, thanks for the awesome content!
Hi Carrie, Some thoughts on the book you thought was mismarketed. I'm a disabled writer myself who teaches disability studies. Many people think being disabled, much less being disabled, and liking a simple life is the worst thing that can happen to a person. I've often heard. "You're so brave. If I were you I'd kill myself" this is why a book like that would be marketed as horrific
I found convenience store deeply upsetting because of how ingrained the ableism is everywhere and how much it influenced her self image, but it’s definately not upsetting in the way most thing marketed that way are
oh my goodness i absolutely loved this video. i definitely love the longer ones your create because it sort of gives me to element of a FaceTime (if that makes sense 😂). I think part of me would be slightly pleased with the fact that the real 84 Charing Cross Road wasn’t a book shop. Simply because that way I can imagine it for myself? If that makes any sense? Usually if I found out and actor or place that’s in a book, it’s all I ever picture and I can’t make it up for myself. I tend to prefer imagining it and making up every detail in my head! xx❤️❤️❤️ P.S. Happy Hump Day!!
Loving the bookish content, Carrie! I highly recommend Scythe and the other books in the series! Such a great YA book. Very thought-provoking, I think.
I just recently discovered your channel, and now I'm binge watching all of your videos! I love theatre (although I can't hold a tune myself), reading, writing and Disney so I love all of your videos! :D Bad Cinderella has been on repeat too the last couple of weeks. Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your content And so happy I found your channel!
I was so inspired by your daily videos and your bookstagram that I started my own reading challenge for myself to read 100 books this year, on book number 25 and loving it. Really glad you're back with brilliant book content!
That was such an interesting half hour, Carrie - really enjoyable to hear your views on the books, to see a bit of London and to admire that beautiful library!
I very narrowly missed out on your in-front-of-bookshelf era and I am ecstatic that your passion for books and stories is being translated this way again on your channel. Please keep the reading vlogs coming!
These booktube videos are making my heart full of joy 😍 I love that you have started making these because we can see how passionate you are when you talk about books and as a bookworm (and nosey person!), I love seeing what people are reading/what is on other people’s shelves and books that you love 💕 x
Joining my local library has saved me so much shelf space. I can also request books online, and so about once a fortnight I just duck in and pick up a stack of books and drop off the ones I've finished. I only buy books I absolutely love now, ones I know I will reread and will want to lend to people.
I had the same exact thoughts with Convenience Store Woman! It's a fantastic story about someone who has found somehow the place and job that works best for them and all these "forces" that want her to conform or change when, basically, she isn't even entertaining the thought. Pinning the "disturbing" tag on the book misses completely the point and does a diservice to everyone who identifies with the character. Love these videos, keep it up!
I’m so confused right now, I only just got the notification for this, anyway, absolutely amazing video! It’s clear you’re truly in your element and it’s great to watch 💕

I LOVED Green Angel as a child, too!! What a fun vlog. I am so excited that you have entered the world of booktube, seriously this gives me so much joy, so thank you for sharing your reading experiences with us :)
I'm so excited you got Scythe! It's a series that I think a lot of people will like. It's in the Teen/YA section of bookstores but should definitely be in Adult Sci-fi. I also recently started reading from my eReader (Kobo) and I get a bunch of library books from it. I'm really digging it. I can read at night without a light on and I can easily read outside and the wind won't flip the pages about. So handy!
Arc of the Scythe is probably my all time favourite series, the plot and characters and ideas all work together amazingly. Even the cover art is just incredible. I could honestly talk about those books for ages (as my friends very much know) Basically: highly recommend to anyone
I actually JUST finished Convenience Store Woman and felt the same, I think the unsettling part IS that people forced their feelings on her and took away her happiness? Like during the party scene when everyone was being so blunt and obtuse towards her like ‘just get married it’s not hard’ AND felt mostly disappointed but also a bit horrified when her sister who seemed to be the one person that understood was immediately happier to hear ab the man and to think she was being more “normal” -also I gasped when you held up Green Angel- that was a fav of mine growing up as well and I recently gave it another read which ALSO led me to reading Practical Magic which is SO good, AND learning that there is a sequel to Green Angel, Green Witch, which is not quite as good but had some really cool themes and some nice closure.
I’m loving all the bookish content. I started following your channel a year or 2 before you were in Les Mis the first time and loved the book videos you made. Stayed during the theatre videos because I love musical theatre, but I’m glad you’re making book videos again. Love the library!
I've been re-watching all the Good Morning World and Good Evening World's and it's been such a comfort! Absolutely obsessed with your library, it's gorgeous!! I've been desperate for some new book recommendations so this is perfect! ❤️
This video is just the break I needed after a long day. Glad to see you're fitting right in on BookTube (is that how it's written? Or is it booktube? Or Book Tube? Whatever, doesn't matter! Point is, when Carrie's happy, everyone's happy!)
AART is one of my top ten books. I recommend it to literally everyone; there's no book truly like it. It's one of the best books to go into completely blind. ALSO there is a sequel that's out! So you can have more!
I used to love reading a few years ago but can’t concentrate so much these days because of life...your book related videos inspire me to read again and remind me of the world I loved so much for so long X
Oh wow - when you pulled out Green Angel, I remembered you talking about it in one of your original favourite books vlogs back in the day! Full Circle to the return of Carrie the Booktuber - Love it
Hello Carrie! I’m from Argentina and I have been loving your book vlogs and prattle and pages so much I have challenged myself to read much more this year (I’m a theatre student), and possibly reach +50 books read on 2021! Your love for books reminded me of mine, and that’s soooo inspiring! Lots of love from Argentina 💗
Practical Magic is my favorite book!! It's fantastic, it really resonates with me as someone with sisters. It's really just a story about sisters, and I've never read anything else that hits as close to home.
I love your new bookish content. I was like I'll just watch ten minutes before bed and I'll watch the rest tomorrow but I ended up watching the whole thing! I keep trying to buy things on kindle because I don't want to have so many books that I can't find the one I really want to read but I think book cover designers have really upped their game lately. There's so many pretty covers!
I found book tube when I was going through a rough time and reading really helped me get through it. And now one of my all time favourite RUclipsrs has joined in! Cannot wait to hear your opinion on Scythe, I loved it! This video also gave me such cosy vibes! Cant wait for more bookish content! :) x
I literally just finished Scythe and immediately ordered Thunderhead and The Toll. It is a fanTAStic trilogy Also, The House in the Cerulean Sea is my *favourite* book ever, which is a bold statement, and I will forever recommend it.
I loved this!! 30 minutes of unbridled bookish joy. Kept me happy in the deepest doldrums of work. Also glad it’s CHAIRing cross road as opposed to CHARRing cross road. I find myself correcting myself to the latter all the time and I shouldn’t do that😂
I definitely enjoyed the scythe trilogy!! Excited to hear what you think about it Also kindle tip: I get ebooks from the library (online) and download them to my kindle, it’s been a game-changer for me and I read so much more!
I love rereading books I loved as a child now that I'm an adult! I recently acquired copies of Melanie Rawn's Dragon Prince trilogy, which I first read at about 13-14, and I can now see that I was WAY TOO YOUNG for those books at that age, but they are just as great as I remember them!
Bloody loved it !!!! Best 30 minutes of my day !! TFS Carrie and I certainly have some more options on my reading list now, even ones that I wouldn't have considered without your vlog, thank you - Julia x
Hi, hoping you are well. I love the books you've narrated on audiobook, made me feel that I could feel how the character felt and seeing the places to which the character went in my head. Keep safe, you, Oliver, Scott and your cute fur baby
I had the same frustrated reaction with Convenience Store Woman!! It made me sad for her, too, because she was so happy with how good she was at her job and how she was able to adapt herself to fit in and do the job there.
Great vlog! Will look into those books! I'm currently reading All that she can see! Also excited to read when the curtain falls and in the time we lost, also, that doughnut tho!😋🥰
Oh my gosh!! The same thing happened to me with Hank Green's book!! My brain kept mixing up book reality and our reality! I loved it so much! I'm busy reading the next one and it's also such an incredible read and I have no idea where it's going!

I actually gasped put loud when you showed Green Angel. It's my all time favorite book but I've never met anyone else who has read it!
Keep safe, you, Oliver, Scott and your cute fur baby
love seeing her so happy and passionate 😊 I always get motivated to read EVERYTHING 😂😂
I love 84 Charing Cross Road! I was in the play last October, I played Megan and Maxine. Such a beautiful story❤️
I had the same frustrated reaction with Convenience Store Woman!! It made me sad for her, too, because she was so happy with how good she was at her job and how she was able to adapt herself to fit in and do the job there.
This is so nice and cosy, exactly what I needed right now
Reading vlogs... I’m here for it! Haven’t watch it yet but I already know that I will like it 🤩
After seeing your enthusiasm for books I now feel the need to join a book club!
i didn't know until this moment that i had actually been waiting for a Carrie reading vlog my entire life :))
My favorite RUclipsr making one of my favorite kinds of videos to watch?! Yes please!
I love how you were watching FRIENDS whilst putting the books on the shelves!!
Am i the only one who heard “time war” and immediately thought it was doctor who related! hahah
