What confuses me is what is the difference in Latino, Mexican, & Hispanic? Can someone please explain and also do Puerto Rican people speak Spanish and if so is it different?

Puerto Ricans speak Spanish, yes. Latino refers to somebody from Latin America, which would include Brazil, but not Spain. Hispanic only refers to people of Spanish speaking countries, which would include Spain, but not Brazil. If you are Mexican, you are either from Mexico or of Mexican descent.
