You will get plenty of shops behind the hotel and few pakistani restaurants 10 mnt walking distance which is opposite to Haram direction

Yes. If you walk out the hotel and turn left going down so not towards the Haraam you will see some places they do baby chicken a full one costs 35 SAR very nice. Id say that one chicken could be enough for 3 people if you get it with rice
