My daughter finishes GCSE tmrm and her last day in Secondary so we were watching you whilst eating dinner and when you mentioned Adrian transiting to Reception, she was shocked because she thought you were based in America. I reminded her of all the places you’ve lived and before I mentioned Norway, she said “I know she lived i Norway with Ula”😃. How sweet because she only watch’s in passing and a testament to how often you say “Ula❤”. I keep reminding her that you got some Gambian blood just like me. Weight lifting is great for women over 40 as it strengthens our bones as well as it tones the body beautifully. Movement of any type daily to get the heartrate up, protein and plenty of fruits and veggies, as much sleep as possible and keep the stress to a minimum. The last is a tough one but your body needs to replenish. Great episode, love that blush orange!

I used to be sooooo self conscious about having oily skin as a teenager until i mentioned it to my dermatologist. She said you won't have premature wrinkles like aome of your peers will and you'll continue having amazing skin if we leave the oil alone. Im in my 30s and so far she's still right, not even a single forehead crease, absolutely nothing. Meanwhile some of my classmates who teased me about having oily skin look ☠️
