After finishing the video I was considering all of the possibilities for the home. Small home for younger family, extra home on the property for aging parents or adult child with disabilities, cabin at the lake or mountains, etc. It has a very livable main area. The only real negatives are the open laundry and the few options for furniture placement in the master. Different from the usual. Good choice, Chance.

The home is small and would be perfect on the lake but I would convert the mini bedroom into a master closet and expand the Master Bath, put a back door in the bath so I can go outside on my deck and have my morning coffee and watch the birds.
I do love the front door/ porch on the front. I'm wondering if it covers the trailer hitch? I think for any one living in a park it makes more sense to have the door there.

Cute little trailer, I’m not a fan of walking straight into the kitchen from the front door, and it’s pretty tight, but I can see the appeal for a vacation getaway. I will say that it was overly decorated, they really committed to the fishing theme, all neat stuff, just a lot, I’m 100% sure I’d get hung up on that protruding Zebco holder in the laundry room/hall/bathroom entrance lol.
Please please do tours of homes in GA. I watch your channel every week. You're a great tour guide of these homes. Thank you. Needs to be in a double wide though.
Great scripture, ironically I came here to the comments to jokingly tease him about that camera work in the kitchen, I get woozie when the camera moves around quickly like that due to stupid brain injury a few years back.
Kitchen should be an L shape with the sink at the front with windows going across. That leave space for a table and chairs so entertaining can happen. Tape and texture along with higher insulation is a must. I would have to have the second bedroom be 4 ft wider to come to a 12x12 for my work room. I design and sew clothing from my home.

This home is definitely different Chance. I like the front porch and the recessed entry door, however I’m really not feeling the kitchen at the front. To me it kind of feels like you’re walking into a cafe. Otherwise, it could be nice home for a single person, a young couple, or for retirees. Also, like it was staged for, maybe a fishing or hunting lodge. Didn’t mind you rambling on about the fish. Your rants are very entertaining….sometimes. LOL. Just kidding!! Don’t change a thing. Great tour.
get rid of the porch and uuse taht space to add to the home. also get rid of the island and have a actual table you could sit like 8 or more people at.
As a hunting cabin it is fine but not for a couple. I don't like a sink in an island to begin with. Needs some design changes. Keep up your good work Chance. Glad to see you getting up North to PA.
