- A York City Police Officer has been arrested after allegedly sexually assaulting and breaking the bones of a one-year-old child.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, the Lykens Criminal Investigation Unit filed charges against Steven Cugini, 28. Troopers reportedly responded to a report of severe bruising on a 13-month-old in April.
The child was transported to Hershey Medical Center after childcare workers reported seeing worrisome injuries to police, and their injuries were reviewed by medical professionals, the Dauphin County Abuse Team and Pennsylvania State Police.
The investigation determined the victim suffered from broken bones, severe bruising and sexual violence, according to PSP.

I think the mother was afraid at first but she has told them everything that she saw. She helped get him arrested. They didn't report the whole story here.

He opened it and his shirt was all wet. He said he locked the door to keep the 5-year-old boy out. He told her that the baby had a hard fall. He tried to tell her the vaginal bruising was diaper trash like his daughter had. (Yes, this monster has his own twin baby girls.) Anyway, this baby's mother suspected but believed his crap. He broke her leg in two places. He said that the dog did it. I think the mother was in denial or very gullible or both but she's talking now. She's also been charged so she isn't getting by with anything. I just can't believe monsters like this dude exist but it keeps happening so I can't pretend it isn't a thing. It's mind boggling and horrifically disgusting. I hope this child recovers and goes on to have a good life. I also hope this monster's baby momma has the twins examined ASAP.

So when the mother got up and went to check the crib the baby was blue and barely breathing.. that is when they found out he had been molesting the little boy the poor baby died from his injury they couldn't save him... every time I think about that.. just make me want to throw up...
