im sorry, but that is not a nice weld. clean the material before welding. hold your electrode closer to the piece your arc is to long. you went to slow which made the weld way to wide, you angle is a bit off too causing the slag inclusion on the side, you want more angle so the slag gets blown to the back of the puddle
