I absolutely despise how all you can do for Molly is inform TOC of her status and location. She is clearly overdosing and will not survive the wait for paramedics. Not a single officer is carrying Narcan despite knowing what they were walking into.
For anyone who doesn’t know another thing that makes ready or not a way scarier game is the fact that all of the missions are based off or loosely inspired by real SWAT events I remember hearing that the development team actually consulted retired SWAT members and asked about their experiences so they could get the game as accurate as possible
Ngl the scariest VR game that has no horror elements goes to Blade and Sorcery imo. I’ve been playing it for 2 years now, and only after The End Update has it become slightly less scary. At most, it has elements of brainwashing, genocide, and abuse of substances comparable to Bioshock except replace Adam with Crystals. There is one place however that has a disturbing amount of lore on it. Greystone. An island between the northern lands and The Eradan Kingdom. An island decorated by the bodies of thieves, murderers, terrorists, pirates, etc built up over thousands of years. And at the very core of the place, lie things that were once human. But gameplay wise, B&S isn’t horror. But since before 1.0 I’ve always had a feeling of being watched, much like in Gmod. Even now in 1.0, I still feel like I’m being watch when I go through the outposts. Not only that but some of the notes left around from previous inhabitants have described the player like some kind of demon, butchering entire outposts like it’s nothing.
When the game was still in early access i remember playing a modded map which was some sort of cannibals basement There was a bunch of gore and like bodies hanging from hooks etc Crazy stuff
I'm staring this game on commander mode (I only played a bit of online only before the 1.0 and I want to retake the game again) and the AI took the words from me when I saw that child on that bed.
I always thought the young girl was one of the kids of the cartel leaders, which is why she had much better care than any of the other people in the house

As it panned to the kid convulsing, i felt so much dread and i had to look away to stop myself from crying. This moved me so much more than the school shooting level. I feel sick to my stomach thinking of someone overdosing a child without second thought. It makes me wonder if theres a way to save her before they do it in the level?
"Twisted nerve" is the most scary mission. But "elephant" is the one with most psycholgical horror!
If you havent already, you should do a video of the rug-pulls in general. Bet theres enough for a list, watch-mojo style.
4:05 "i heard of crack houses but this is a crackstle"
13:30 something I noticed the picture of the insect sort of reminds me of a drain fly! Or a crack induced version of one..... Drain Fly are commonly found in sewer systems.
i just downloaded the game a few days ago. this was a mission i replayed many times to get familiar with the game in night time setting. i remember finding the child in the crib and thinking..”is this the right game” lol
if you think Twisted Nerve is scary, oh boy you're in for something else when playing dorms with a flashlight and no nvgs...that shit is "cracked" pun intended
Even though i played this map so many times, i never realised what happened to the girl. Loved the video thought keep it up!
another great vid
6:16 i think it say te alojamos, te alimentamos, hace lo que te decimos translated will be we accommodate you, we feed you ,do as we says
I think all the drawings are referencing a later mission, where you go to a farm (?) in a desert, while there, you find a tunnel that looks similar
I absolutely despise how all you can do for Molly is inform TOC of her status and location. She is clearly overdosing and will not survive the wait for paramedics. Not a single officer is carrying Narcan despite knowing what they were walking into.
I love when Shayne makes a new lore vid but I like the new perspective
For anyone who doesn’t know another thing that makes ready or not a way scarier game is the fact that all of the missions are based off or loosely inspired by real SWAT events I remember hearing that the development team actually consulted retired SWAT members and asked about their experiences so they could get the game as accurate as possible
Glad to always see you in my sub box!
Six days in Fallujah is also up there on the scariest games I’ve played
Not only that but some of the notes left around from previous inhabitants have described the player like some kind of demon, butchering entire outposts like it’s nothing.
great video. I have a question, do you use other stuff besides the reply feature to get ready or not footage? I'm planning doing an edit for it
We need more videos Asap bro , I've watched all of them Dropp more
the fact that the child is called Molly just fuckes it all up, Molly is the street name for M-@-T-H
When the game was still in early access i remember playing a modded map which was some sort of cannibals basement
There was a bunch of gore and like bodies hanging from hooks etc
Crazy stuff
Maybe I'm hallucinating, but I clearly remember there's a used protection near Molly's bed which caused the mission to have no suspects to jail
Wow, just heartbreaking
follow the insect, john ready or not.
I'm staring this game on commander mode (I only played a bit of online only before the 1.0 and I want to retake the game again) and the AI took the words from me when I saw that child on that bed.
"Need Christina" is referring to Meth. Crystal meths' street name (one of) is Tina. It's not a woman.
ANOTHER READY OR NOT VIDEO DROPPED
Jesse we need to dig
I always thought twisted nerve was one of the easiest maps, but yeah it’s creepy. If it were more difficult I guess I’d be scarier.
I always thought the young girl was one of the kids of the cartel leaders, which is why she had much better care than any of the other people in the house
Just played this mission today, some girl walked out of the closet walking straightly and it scared the shit out of me.
Yes
