Hey Girl, i totally can relate with what you're going through. Not only I'm i dealing with mental illness (depression & PTSD) i also have physical illness that's makes it worst. People tell me all the time how beautiful & gorgeous i am, but they don't know my inner pain that makes me feel ugly, unworthy & nor belonging. When i was younger i suffered from depression, but it's not the same depression I'm going through now. Maybe because when i was younger i had somewhat of a social life. I'm in constant pain physically & mentally. I'm on medication for chronic arthritis & sciatica nerve pain. I'm on medication for depression. I have to start back going to psychotherapy. All i could say is stay prayed up. Take it to the lord in his son's name Jesus Christ. I really hate to see people depressed especially young people. This is the time of your life, to really be enjoying life. Traveling, socializing & just enjoying your youth. Never check out nor entertain the thought. There's no coming back from that. That's one if the biggest sin in God's eyes. I'll keep you in my thoughts & prayers Sis 💘!!!!
