Wooden Battles 2 - Helicopters

Added some helicopters to the game. They can fire missiles of a machine gun. They prioritize ground vehicles first, and then go after infantry.

This looks really good! Would suggest tuning up the machine gun rate of fire and accuracy a bit, since it doesn't look very powerful right now.

Yea, I am still tweaking the values. The machine guns actually shoot faster than what the tracers display, I can't figure out why, but the tracer doesn't trigger on every shot for some reason. Once I resolve it, it will look better.
