I had a question. Like, in a day, when we feel motivated to do the required work, and make a sound(Cs) or something else, would we just associate that conditioned stimulus with feeling motivated and the next time we make that sound, we just start feeling motivated?
    Is it possible?

The video from the TV show the office is not an example of classical conditioning. The behavior that has learned is to move his arm. That is not a reflexive reaction. The example is operant conditioning. The movement of the arm is reinforced by the candy.
