Essentially meaning it's a card that allows people from other countries to be able to have permanent citizenship in the United States.

@gameplaysh6135 Because you need to study to pass the citizenship test in order to get full citizenship. Some people are just here for a relatively long time because of work so they get a green card but they don't wanna be full time citizens
