Giant Cherry Cheese Danish Recipe

Join MommaQuickEats as I make a casserole style one dish dessert. This giant cherry cheese danish was so good and quick and easy to make. I made this with cherry pie filling but any pie filling would be good, such as apple, peach, strawberry, raspberry, blueberry, blackberry or any others. I want to try this recipe with the canned mango marmalade.

16 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 egg
1 can of pie filling
Powdered sugar (optional)
