Sir, I would appreciate if you could help me with what should be the minimum diameter x length of barrel required. Sir i need to submit a project so if you could update your base design and provide me ipt will help me a lot. Thank you.
You should not need to change the diameter of the barrel. Just lengthen it to 7 applications or so inches and make the groove with 0.5" buffer on each side.

What line are you referring to?
