Celebrating Alvaro and Jose

Recipient of the 2022 MENTOR of the Year Award, Alvaro Marerro began mentoring with Bigs & Littles NYC Mentoring hoping to provide the same support to another that he received after immigrating from Uruguay to New York at the age of 28. Matched with Jose in 2021, the pair have built a strong friendship.
