I loved that you showed the entire process (even removing the screws and struggling with the backplate). As someone who is about to build his first PC and I am least comfortable in installing the CPU cooler I appreciate you making this video and showing the entire process.
Thank you very much. There are lots of complete build videos and live streamings of builds here on the channel. Here's one ruclips.net/video/r_fyVdvBluM/видео.html
Was getting super frustrated because I wasn’t balancing pressure on the fan screws. The official video didn’t even tell me to do what you did. Great video
Never use the stock thermal paste on a cooler. Most of them are essentially glue quality and they will bond to your CPU, making it difficult to upgrade later (if you need to). Wipe it off and use another brand thermal paste like Arctic or Thermal Grizzly

That aio was installed wrong the pipes should be at the bottom of the rad. All the pump has been doing is drawing thr air at the top of the rad and killed the pump. Also the pipes should be going into the bottom of the pump not the side.
Thank you for this - especially the clips that hold the fan to the heatsink. It just never "felt" right trying to clip the fan to it (always done AIOs and not heatsinks like this), and even watching you do it it, it still felt VERY uncomfortable trying to clip it on. But it's done now. Thanks.
Hi man is it normal for it to have a little bend in the bracket? I tightened it all the way down until i felt a harder resistance than usual bit its slightly bent
Probably not but if you do a search for the Dell model number and the model number of this cooler or another cooler you'd like to put in it you'll likely find people talking about whether or not it fits.
Hello. I have this cpu cooler and my cpu keeps reaching high temperature 80+ Celsius. Ive watched your video and i installed it correctly as i can see. Ive tried to re apoly thermal paste after watching instructions but no luck there either… any idea what im doing wrong?..
@@epicmanftw 80° plus Celsius with that CPU and this cooler is about right. If you'd like the temperatures to be lowered you could try a larger cooler from be quiet like the Dark Rock Pro 4 amzn.to/44ZzDQa or a Thermalright Peerless Assassin 120 SE ARGB amzn.to/47isr3f
The radiator cooler is pulling through the rad into the case... Instead of blowing through it out the case.. But Michael the 'computer guy' found out that there are airflow arrows on the side of a casefan 😂 not that u need those arrows to know this but OK.. It's a good hint for the non 'experienced' people here.

you made me laugh, you're so clumsy, left-handed and learning a trade on people's computers. I wouldn't give you my computer to do something with, even if you gave me money.

I couldn't figure out the fan clips until I watched this. Thanks so much
I am doing my first ever pc build and your videos are helping me a lot, big thanks!
Great instruction. Just ordered my 5700x and this cooler. Thank you for the instructions - feeling much safer now to apply it
my pure rock 2 will come in 2 days, this video is a nice training for me. thanks 😁

Used the same BeQuiet fan, works great.
hey, how about puting ram on the first slot from cooler? its do not touching ?
Is it just for my pc or is the pure rock 2 slightly crooked and not perfectly vertical when the case is upright?
I also had a liquid cooling system (corsair hydro H100 v2) and i think that water dissapeared. I back to air normal coller, it is better.
Same my pump broke on my aio and bought a new air cooler gonna be way easier now hopefully

Shouldn't the cpu fan turn in the odther direction because of the airflow ? 29:07
Nevermind i just checked

Check the CPU temps. If they're good I wouldn't worry about it.
@@MichaelTheComputerGuy temps are great and i thinks im explaining it wrong, its the metal bracket you install on top of the rubber standoffs
If i install it i dont need thermal past for it??
What is the model of the case? Thnx
Hey you didnt put any thermal paste on it or was it already the stock on with the cooler?
It had it already applied.
can use for fm2+ socket?
this saved my life!! thank you very much!!!
Thanks a lot, it was very useful
Will this fit in dell optiplex sff case. I have a loud fan when under load.

Watercooler fan pulled warm air in?
Ordered one with my Ryzen 5800x3d .. should be enough?
👍
its ok for ryzen 7800x 3d? Only gaming
Do you think this cooler will be good for ryzen 9 5900x?
I hope you've figured this out by now.
I don’t have pins for the RGB🥺

Somebody knows the size of the screws, please i need it

what is this job called?
thank you for your help!
You didn't peal the seal of the cooler, or I missed that ?🤨

i wonder aswell i bought it waiting for arrival
you dont need Thermal paste?
There is original paste when cooler is new.
