- Miley Cyrus out and about in NYC , she first came out from GMA and waived at the crowd , then she left Kelly and Michael show where fans and photographers want to get a glimpse of miley , and finally Tish Cyrus arriving to there hotel first , she took pictures with fans before going in and Miley went into the side door where she was rushed in by security and photographers cursed out the security Guard .
