Caster oil is so good for you and it’s awesome that you’re using it! However you’re not supposed to use it while on your period bc it’ll cause heavier bleeding
I had a terrible ovarian cyst last winter and was at the hospital for it they are awful i feel your pain. Have you read that castor oil packs help? I have not heard of that!
