Really enjoying your videos on the Chemin. I know it takes a lot of time and effort so thanks for sharing. Glad to see you all branched out and chose to come to Europe and walk a Camino. It’s a totally different experience. Been following your channel since the AT. I walked the Chemin Le Puy last July and August. The mosquitoes were horrendous after Figeac all the way to Nogaro 😩. Found it very curious that almost none of the gites had window screens. WTH? I live in Summer in San Sebastian on the Camino del Norte. Check it out. Follows the coast from the French border west through Basque mountains and villages, Cantabria, Asturias and to Santiago in Galicia. Locals, food and scenery are awesome. Caminos are addictive 😋❤️🥾. Thanks again 🤗
Thank you so much! We have been wanting to hike the Camino for a while and are very glad we had the opportunity to do it. You are exactly right. It is very, very different from the American trails we are used to. The mosquitoes haven't been horrendous, thank goodness, but we were also shocked nowhere had screens. We are doing the Frances after the Le Puy, but we definitely want to do the Norte in the future. Maybe after we finish our triple crown 👑 😉 Thanks again for watching!!! ✌️😎
Thanks! Yes, we've bought several pairs of rubber tips so far... they do wear through because of the amount of road walking we do on the Camino. We talk about this in future videos.
So interesting and so different a hike. Thank you for sharing g.❤❤
Thanks! It is a very different kind of hike than we are used to... but we are enjoying ourselves very much! 😀
Just want to send a little note to say THANKS! Always great videos and interesting info. Take care.
Thanks so much! 😀
As a 68 year old newbie hiker, Roper gives me inspiration!
That is great to hear 😀

It was really cool! Kevin loves to walk around and read about the history, of course. It was a beautiful place! 🙂
