- As a part of Preethi Zodiac Mixer Grinder, here comes the last but the latest feature - "Master Chef Jar". I have shared how to assemble the master chef for slicing, grating, chopping and kneading the flour. Also I have shared how to prepare mosambi juice using preethi zodiac citrus bowl, the only feature missing in the master chef jar is coconut grater. If this one was provide, it would be an "All-in-All" for the Indian Kitchen.

Yeah you can mince it. But chop the meat into medium pieces and remove the bones, as we did with chicken.

Morphy is better in shredding n slicing rest of juicer , juicer part is horrible in morphy .

What will do when mixer grinder bcome ovrload
It would turn off automatically, later you need to switch on the overload button, remove some quantity and then continue grinding.
While slicing french beans some r sliced length wise and the vegetable gets stuck in-between the chopping blade and cover part
You need to decrease the speed (Use speed 1).

Preethi Blue leaf has less noise, but Zodiac grinds faster and no heating of machine even when you grind continuously for 20 mins.

Actually I have inlsa Maxie plus food processor but it makes a lot of noise.
So I wanted to buy a new one but got confused between blue leaf and zodiac so I wanted a true opinion . Thanks a lot.
Noise is bearable, so no issues. Only the citrus juice makes noise.

But very costly. Bajaj food factory fx 11 will cost 6.5k. It has also got all these features. We r using fx 10 for past 8 years. Everyday se use it for dough kneading, cutting & grating vegetables. It has also got citrus & centrifugal juicer attachment.

I bought preeti2.0 it's not worth because of quality of master jar is very bad some parts melted with in short span. Low cost mix jars are better than this
