@@agrady7216the SD70ACe-T4s were built from scratch. Some components were based on the SD90s. Several SD90MACs themselves, however, were converted into SD70ACUs. EMD also has Tier 4 freight locomotives which is the SD70ACe-T4, but the Union Pacific was the only customer.
K&L Trainz made the model, it’s the C&O J3a, the only thing is that when you purchase it, it won’t come with the 612 in the scheme and without smoke deflectors, RustyRail added them via reskinning and kitbashing.
