Alex, Brady, as a small church pastor every time I sit down and take the time to watch through one of your posts I’m not discouraged I’m encouraged. The two of you care more about the kingdom then you do about Numbers and sites, thank you. Thank you for your whole team and everything that goes into putting these out. Keep sending the message people are listening

So true about raising theirs hands... I would love to see commitments to true discipleships as evidence of a decision to follow Christ..... Nothing more pleasing than seeing people fall in love with God and His Word

Good word my opinion churches need to increase discipleship and teach people how to share their faith. Being a pastor I would engage as many people as possible to serve.
We all sit in the congregation looking at the pastor. However the real changes comes from the pastors view toward the congregation. However the change comes from the pastors view looking toward the congregation. Build up others to preach sermons and share testimonials. It’s not about the pastor up front. It’s his ability to see the possibility of the congregation. I would rejoice thinking one of these people will be replacing me.
If the church needs to look outside of the congregation for the next pastor they are not serving the current body of Christ.

I attend a small church in the uk. About 18 people attend every week. Unfortunately Christianity isn’t doing the best in the uk.

Completely hear you, Stacey! All the more reason to be in prayer, as well as to understand the benefits of small churches, such as the ability to truly know one another and disciple people much more closely. 😊

Ah mab my church is even smaller now down to 8 adults and 6 children.. in the UK. Many of the congregation left during the first covid lockdown. Struggling to strategically workout how to move forward from here
