C-PACK VAC929 Net Clipper

C-Packs robust VAC929 Automatic Net Clipper for Onions, Citrus and firm products at speeds of up to 55/minute* (*depending upon weigher and portion size). Two net tubes, mounted on a 60 degree incline, allow the product to fall quickly into the preformed net bag to optimize output speed. Two net tubes are used so one can be replenished without the need to stop production....the empty tube automatically changes over to the next full tube for seamless production. Net tubes are available in sizes of 200mm dia and 250mm dia - other sizes by request.
Portion sizes from 0.5kg up to 5kg depending upon product size.
This machine utilises the standard Wine Glass Label, which can be printed upon prior to attachment to the Net Bag by the two copper clips, one at the top and one at the bottom of the net bag. The thermal transfer printer allows best before, use by, batch codes and even bar codes to be printed upon demand.
