I found this quite interesting, and it actually fits with what I tell my students about these issues. I absolutely abhor the name-calling without considering what the words really mean.
It's an interesting concept. In a way, while trying to stop the wars and maintain the status quo, you aren't really a good person since, as you mentioned, you can do thing that actually hurt a side. It is however an interesting play on the whole conflict stuff. This game made me temember 2 similar game that I played on pc but forgot the names. All I remember is that one eas a god game where you would place tiles and ressource and try to stop two city state from completely destroying each other and thus wohkd use your power to destroy some unit or help one side, which is a similar concept to this one. The second game was a flash game and was way worse since you were playing the military complex and helping both side fight the war forever to get as much money as possible, while not trying to make a side stronger than the other to keep the money flowing...
Thank you for the great review, Marco! Delighted to see how much you enjoyed the game and its take on the unique theme of peacemaking. 😊
