Amazing salt groundnut making process
The hiegine part is not all that bad considering they follow a crude traditional method. However when they tried to scale up the production the whole system seemed to have collapsed a bit. They should adopt more automation, technology and tidy up the place to improve efficiency, and hiegine as a food processing industry.
They dont seem to be doing any malpractice. But still micro cottage industries survive like this. As always workers deserve a lot of appreciation.
And the said "Peanuts" will add texture to the diarrhea as it
randomly falls out of me while I am walking after eating said "Peanuts".
