I’m old so I moved last November after living in my home since 1996. After my husband of 50 years 8 month I could not deal with all the memories so I moved back home after 53 years. I am still unpacking almost a year later, I could not make my decor mind up but this week I have been watching you & drinking strong coffee. Today I purchased a new breakfast table & a new TV entertainment table. I got rid of my old living room furniture when I moved purchased new black leather sofa & love seat last November. Thanks for making me move & put my decorating mind on turning it on.
Add a bench rather than 2 chairs at the table in your bonus/morning room to give more room maybe...?

You never disappoint me on the way you decorate your home. When I woke up this morning and I realized it was Wednesday, I was so flipping excited knowing your video was going to be up today! When you told us in your video that only 1 thing broke, I thought, please don't let it be one of her big mirrors...lol. I was talking to my sister in law yesterday and was telling her that she needs to watch your channel. She likes to change out her decorations like you do.

Congrats on the new home! I would put roman shades in the laundry room, and for the small room off the kitchen, I would put the sideboard in another room, build a banquet at the window that wraps around the walls, add your table with your chairs, hang a fabulous and unusual chandelier over the table with some cool art on the walls mixed in with wrought iron wine bottle holders that would be mounted on the wall. The idea is for this space to complement the wine fridge and make that room look and feel like something from a cool vibe restaurant…

Make your little room into a coffee and tea and reading room. Add books to hutch and artwork and add a couple soft comfy chairs with a round drop leaf table in between. Then a nice rug
I think some real pretty wood shutters would look beautiful in your mud room for window coverings. Liz your doing a amazing job getting your new beautiful home together. I love it it's just gorgeous. Our NEW home is our Retirement home, but our Kitchen Island is slightly smaller, but not much. I absolutely LOVE our HIDDEN PANTRY DOOR & WALK IN PANTRY!!!
We had SHUTTERS installed by our Builder for all of our Windows.
I would do Shutters in your mudroom. 😊

Liz, the home looks stunning! Honestly, I’m so impressed that you have the energy left to drop a video for us as it’s a lot of work and you’ve been non-stop moving, organizing and getting settled. Absolutely love the mud room and the decor. You asked for our ideas about the window in there and I think shutters would look really nice. Liz, I still can’t get over you letting go of your “Addams family hutch”! In your mud room/laundry I would do simple cafe curtains on a tension rod. Keep the view and natural light. 😊

Liz, love the new house, and so far from what we have seen the decorating is to die for. You have done a miraculous job in just a few short days. However, the room you placed for table and hutch is a little small for that big furniture. I would definitely use that space for your office, for a private reading nook. A quite place to reflect on all your good fortune. The table and chairs would look great in the kitchen in front of that double window. As for the hutch, didn't you say you have a basement or in the loft area upstairs. Maybe it could be utilized in one of those spaces. Bookshelves would look great in the little room for a library, photo albums, crafting, doing scrapbooking, sewing. Any number of things. Don't feel like you have to have a piece of furniture of every wall. Leave a few untouched. It will give you the feeling of openness that your home was built for. Just a few suggestions. I know it's all going to look wonderful when you finish. You have plenty to do and over the summer you will not disappoint us. Have a good one.

Liz, just wanted to tell you that I really like the laying effect of the beautiful gold picture frame with wreath leaning on the mirror. Also, I just ordered from Amazon the White Tea oil and diffuser. Should be here tomorrow and I'm excited to get it. Also, the bird cage decor is one of my favorite pieces that you decorate with.
