I thought he was only going to 'in-fill' level with the front line of re-enforced concrete that he had to go over that ran all round the 'foundations'. I was staggered when he went up and over the top line, I know they use a very strong cement/sand mix, (like 3 to 1, or less). - All I can say is that must have had a few weeks to (go off), harden, to withstand all the weight pushed against it plus the weight of the 'dozer'. I would have liked to have seen the "finished" base. Plus what was the long narrow 'passage' behind the cement mixer at the side for, it looked rather a waste of building work, - couldn't it have been incorporated in the 'main building' even if they did put a 'passage' along that part, when they built the 'main' part.?
