Lawn Dethatcher Rake On Our Scag 36" VRide II | Installation & Testing

Warning: During the filming of this video I was just testing the rake by seeing howe easy it is to do turns and maneuver it. In an actual clients home I would do long straight stripes back and forth.
We decided to give this Dethatcher Rake kit a try. We installed it in our Scag 36" VRide II stand on mower. Its pretty easy to install took about 5 minutes to install simple set up. Total cost with taxes and shipping around $900 USD. Below are the exact links where I bought it from. You have to buy each item separately. Also, this rake has an adjustment to lower and raise the height to get the desire amount of thatch.
If you do have a 36" or smaller lowering the rake to lowest height will cause the machine to struggle so make sure you fine tune it for your machine. I had to adjust my height after that it worked out perfect.
