Yes, David this info definitely make sense. Thanks! you shared a secret that I needed to know. I'm sixty. A commercial Model, beginner. I want to do commercials.
This guy gives good advice but I'm just mesmerized by the fact that this dude's family kept the trend of naming their kid David H. Lawrence *SEVENTEEN TIMES.* 👀
I've written something for my brother-in-law's company that I have to read today. This is awesome advice (last night as I was rehearsing it I was focusing on the voices and possible personas) and I am a little less nervous about the work I have to do today. This gave me some AWESOME perspective, so thank you!
Hi!! I’m new to all of this. I want to do commercials really bad. I’m so excited about it and I just got sent a commercial script. I have different ones to choose from so I’m choosing the script and the product of something that I would use and believe in and yes this helps me out because I’ve been told that I’m kind of a perfectionist and someone that hasn’t had any training I find myself trying to be this or that or read it smoothly and Fast some of the things you mentioned so this really helps I’m going to be myself and I’m going to have fun and read it with the secret in mind that is going to help someone❤
I hear you... if you were to do some examples along with this video. Like reading some actual scripts, in the way you would. First video I have watched bit I definitely an looking for more. :)
i'm not sure if i understood it correctly but its almost like you should add a mystery aspect to the product or service to catch the attention at first and eventually you reveal the "secret" which is the service youre doing the commercial for by showing how unique what youre offering is. and using words to trigger the listeners subconscious to feel like you gave them the answer to a problem they either already had or didnt even realize they had from building it up to them until the ending.

I'm taking acting classes where I want to do voiceovers. My instructor (director) wants me to act it out.
I don't really understand.
Maybe watch it again? I’m sure it will eventually make sense.
