This is the best video on youtube!!!! Didn't waste your time with all that talking and very helpful!!! THANK YOU FOR THE VIDEO, and not the soap opera!!!!
Good video. Thx. I just recommend that whenever you have the fuel filler cap removed to put a rag in the filler neck. Years ago I dropped a screw in the tank. I did manage to get it out.
Top !!! Sehr anschaulich gemacht !!! (Grins!)
I got lucky with my 1999 Intruder 1500. It actually still had the OEM tool kit with it. Is in the storage compartment below the key switch. It has the spark plug wrench, some allen wrenches, a pair of pliers. I changed the spark plugs, lots of fun there. Had a hard starting issue that turned out to a bad starter solenoid. Replaced that with an OEM one. New battery. Acts like it is only running on one cylinder. From what I have read that is due partly to a bad charging system. I am going to do the Mod 3 wiring and am going to replace the stator and rectifier as well. All in all, the Suzuke Intruder 1500 is a beast.
You can completely change the color of your bike easy if you can find all matching stuff just on eBay. I didn't know the fake tank was in two pieces. I've only had it a month so I'm learning alot here
Hi. My bike was covered with black plastidip when I got it. Just matt black and crome - looked nice. After several years I removed the plastidip and it came off really without pain. So it is one of the way to change colour really easily. Just fenders, tank and some other painted details.
Changed the oil & filter on a friends Suzuki, thank you for sharing this, this is the next project on his bike. Just to make sure, are only 2 spark plugs needed? I have a Honda VTX1800 & it has 4 plugs so I want to be sure only 2 are needed for his 2006 C90
By any chance do you where I can find a pin out of the plug on the speedometer. Awesome video btw! Went to change my plugs and the plug just crumbled to pieces :(
I am going to repeat what others have. You are REALLY going to be SORRY if the screw falls into the tank. MAKE SURE to stuff a rag into the tank filler neck to stop such a thing from happening. Thanks for the video otherwise and the fast motion ;)

or you can just put the cap on. Not trying to be smart, just put the cap on.
Funny you should say that, just lost a washer straight into the tank...

My bike is Suzuki Intruder VL1500 from 2001. If that bike refers to C90, then probably you just need 2 spark plugs as I did.
Thanks.. nice looking bike.
Very clean and tidy.👍
Cool, I changed mines on my C50 and it runs great!!
Hey thanks for this great video - very helpful and I appreciate that you did time lapse. What is the socket size for the plugs?
Did you ever find out ? Having the same issue
@@tylermartins2613 im sure you figured it out by now, but for those who don't know...18mm works great

What socket size does it need to remove the spark plug?
Hi. It is 18mm. Socket needed to be grinded little thinner, otherwise did not fit into the hole.
Jag frågade efter synka förgasarna
Great video 💗 John Graham Cincinnati Ohio.
Thx man!!
what is the switch on the right side of the bike? 10:41 is it custom? I have 1999 VL 1500 intruder LC and have no such switch.
Hi. I think it was for extra front lights/ foglights etc. They were removed.
@@garageproductions359 cool. i l was just curious if my bike was missing something, lol., thanks for getting back to me.. ✌️
HOW CLOSE WERE YOU TO BEING ABLE TO PULL CARBS FOR REBUILD ? ...GREAT VIDEO. TKS
Once the tank is sides are off the carbs can be off within 5-10 mins
Thanks for the video man!
Eine frage welche Zündkerzen hast du da neu eingesetzt. Standart Zündkerzen oder bessere.
why did you take the center off?
Center of the tank? I did not see any other option for extracting those spark plugs.
Is the head bolt 10mm?
I could be. I can not confirm 100%.
THX for the informativ Vid......i ll try ou t it
No problem 👍
Hi bro, thanks for the video!
No problem 👍
I need to relocate the switch for my driving lights from the light bar.
Danke
cool, thanks buddy
I can't even get my spark plug socket to fit in there. It gets jammed.
Grind it down a bit ... I had to to the same with mine.
You should have started it up first before you put the skin back on just in case you would up with a miss or something.
Good advice. Thanks.
cool ha-ha a boch drell no mani ???? m.f. sifilitismo....
