I really love how Osas is birthing a Spa culture not just in Lagos/ Nigeria but all over Africa, and this would go Global in the Mighty and Matchless name of Jesus. One really cannot pour out or fuel from an empty cup. And because we can’t pour out of an empty cup OR impact/pour into others/work from an empty cup; we really need to learn how to take care of our bodies by pouring into ourselves. Yoga pose, words of affirmation, sauna, massage, meditation etc. You just age gracefully with all these. I'm 43 and i look much younger doing this regularly and it helps cope with stressful situations. God bless you sist !!!

I love this. Osas speaking voice is so soothing, low pitch and fab. Veekee looks great with the short hair. Tomike is funny. I don’t play with my self care because I have to be intentional about my mind, and soul. Stretching is healing to the body.

Each pose you participate in is a reverence to a deity(remember these religions are fine with their faithfuls worshipping several gods,they are not jealous) But please remember the first commandment, don't get lost in this social media age and forget your foundation and always ask The Holy Spirit for clarity before you do anything. Exactly! The word yoga actually means to YOKE or to unite. So what will you be united with when you are doing these poses? And guess what the word religious means, it comes from a latin word religio which means to unite or to bind together. See how the two go hand in hand? Yoga is a religious practice. I once watched an Indian Christian who said that Indians get offended when people say that Yoga is just exercise, because to them it’s religious and it’s a spiritual practice/ritual.. and the Indian man likened it to someone saying baptism is just being dipped in water. Imagine how offended we would be as Christians if someone reduced baptism to just being dipped in water when we know that when you go down in the water it’s symbolising dying with Christ, and coming out of water is being alive in Christ. Simply put, Yoga isn’t just stretching, it’s a religious practice,Hindus know this, but it’s only the west making light of it to get people hooked.
