hey man, i recently got this tv and i have no idea how to set up the picture settings, i want them to be natural, not too bright but neither too dark, also do i need a better HDMI like a 4K one to get better picture quality? what picture settings do you recommend for HDR gaming on ps4 and picture settings for netflix?

Hi Dan. Just looking for your advice. I have a 2017 LG 43 inch at the moment, which is far too dark. Would you recommend the AU7100 or AU9000 to replace it. Brightness and detail is what I'm looking for. 🙂
AU9000 if you can afford it, it's nice and bright and vibrant, the sounds not great but you can always add a soundbar

Hi Dan,that RUclips video at the end looks like it has shadow banding going across the screen,is it normal for this particular set or just a one off fault maybe?And can I ask what speed your internet is?My speed is 25mbps and i wonder if that can handle 4K.I haven't noticed any banding on other smart tv vids.Ths will be my first tv in over 25 years so I want the best budget tv I can get picture wise.thanks.

Hi there i have ordered on of these, unfortainatly the table is 30 inches across so i dont think it will stand on it, is there anyway to get the mounting feet closer together, otherwise i am gonna have to do a bit of Fred enginerring lol....will the feet fit around the other way so they go inwards? from Fred in Essex. PS i dont really want to put it on a wall.

Hi Stuart, you can do wifi if you wish to. You don't need an aerial, if you're using sky, use that instead as your tv source. If you cancelled sky you can put the dish cables to the tv. Unless it was sky q, the lnb on the dish is different

I just purchased the 55 inch version earlier today and just wondered if I can bypass the Samsung account setup and go straight to HDMI for using a Roku 4K streaming stick and a Amazon 4K Firestick.I don’t really want to have to connect through Samsung to my WiFi. I much prefer my Roku or Firestick in accessing my streaming content.

I'd go for this personally for a bedroom. The frame 32 is a good tv but if you're not getting it for the art mode I'd go for the 43tu7100

Just set to retail mode then it should come on automatically

Strange, I had a 55qn85 in the store that wouldn't do it until I factory reset it. The only problem with doing this is you have to input all your settings in again
@@TellyDan I’ve actually factory reset it a number of times, on both tvs when I go into retail mode settings I can only select “UHD Dimming” after selecting “picture demo
Hello, if you connect a console ( ps4/ps5) does it support hdr?
I have this tv.....its fantastic. The Samsung Crystal 43 inch UHD HDR screen makes all my blu ray discs look amazing.....very detailed, very colourful and great black levels. The quality of the Samsung 4k screen makes my 1080p HD blu rays look like 4K. Also the the tv has picture size adjustment so annoying black borders can be removed by expanding the picture outwards towards the edges of the tv. The streaming apps like Netflix and youtube look amazing. This is a great budget Samsung tv and well worth the price I paid which was £379.00. Only issue I have with it is you can see the tvs frame holding the screen when the tv picture is white....the frame shows up as shadows around the edges and sides of the screen. Still a great tv for the price.

@@OlaksaniArapski Yes the side bars can be removed too. On this Samsung tv there is a 4 way picture enlargement....the picture can be stretched up and down and from side to side.

I can't wait for a oled 42inch next year I hate lcd I can't even look at one no more after I bought 2016 b6 oled years ago now I bought it just as a 2017 model was coming out lol I bought my b6 in 2017 I had it for 4 year coming up 5 years and I seen to have two RUclips burn in logos on the top left and top right and a little bit of burn in on the bottom right had the tv mostly at 80% in expert mode something tells me lower the oled light further and get more life from my tv I am still using it right now lol I want a 42inch oled from LG next year best picture on a smaller display higher ppi aswel as better burn in features my b6 only has screen shift but it don't help with logos so the new tvs solves that problem but I plan to calibrate it to 100nits darkroom expert mode

I'm having trouble getting this TV to display the correct aspect ratio for blu-ray discs and DVDs. For instance my 2:35:1 movies come out like 1:85:1 movies.

Yeah good for gaming, look at that crystal quality for the price
Ideally you want a TV with a 120hz refresh rate. This is 60hz. It'll work fine and look good, but its not optimal.
@@booshting3520 From my research I noticed that TVs below 700$ are not perfect and won’t fit the entire PS5 quality needs. You’d need to spend thousands of dollars to uphold entire PS5 potential. There’s a 120HZ 4K Monitor that’s a lot more cheaper then this but it won’t be able handle the graphics and it downgrades 720p or lower. Ive noticed with other TVs as well. A certain quality will always weight down
I think this one is fine for something more solid and cheaper. At least it won’t go lower then 60hz or 4K and hey better then Google Stadia,I guess we weren’t ready for ps5. The strongest 8K+ Tv costs at least 30K which is crazy
The best option for ps5 would be some 120hz tv but they are far more expensive. These TU7000 TU8000 tvs are the best possible budget option for playstation or even for using it as a pc screen. Low input lag,great picture

No, for photo editing I suggest 10bit colour decoder, and dedicated monitors will always be superior over TV's

@Bloofa 4k at 120hz doesn't really make sense with the next-gen consoles, as very few games support the requirements for 120fps at 4k (no aaa games either). Of course you can get it, but it doesn't really make sense.

If you was to buy this TV, buy the series S, don’t waste an extra £200 for the series x because it won’t support it, it only has a 2.0 HDMI
No this tv is 60hz but it has some 120hz motion thing which can confuse some people. It only reduces the blur/tears/lag but in reality its a 60hz screen
