No brainer. Semiconductor and AI stocks will dominate 2024. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. In 2-3 years Nvidia will face heavy competition from companies like Huawei. Indian software engineers will be replaced if they don’t do something in innovations. Indians should look and learn from China. Nvidia chips are also designed and manufactured by Chinese, Jensen Huang is Chinese from Taiwan. Taiwanese are Chinese. TSMC chip maker is Taiwan. company and they are Chinese. China is already far ahead of any country on this earth. Watch for Groq AI chip maker.

Dude, chip set designing isn't what software engineers do(because they are software engineers). It's people equipped with VLSI engineering knowledge who're responsible for designing. India can't have a claim over the semiconductor technology now as it has missed that train decades ago when the U.s, china, Taiwan, S.C, Europe, Japan...all were working on this. technology. Now, all we can do is establish ourselves as the lead manufacturer of semiconductors(chips). Govt. has been quite vigilant regarding the shift in technology market for past many years. It's been opening PLI schemes for semiconductor giants to partner with Indian tech companies to manufacture in India. Now, Tata has ventured into the manufacturing of the same. Let's see what the future holds. As far as chip set design engineering is concerned, Indians are never behind in providing services to the world tech giants. All top semiconductor companies are operating in India and employ a huge number of skilled Chipset design engineers(obviously placed from top IITs and NITs).
