For Good will NEVER get old.
I was in Avenue Q over the summer and it was the greatest experience of my life. So now every time I hear "For Now" I get such strong post show depression and it's really a problem.
Don't worry. It's only For Now.
The chalkboard door is crazy, please do a video on how you create them!!
yes please!
I know it's an old video but I just have to say, you've been my favorite thing a lot of days lately. Loving going through your backlog!!!
I'm gonna forgive the fact you said soundtrack for the stupendous list that you've created ;-)
Uuugghhh! Clearly, I'm the worst. Old habits die hard.
Congrats on 50 shows. Can't wait for 50 more. It would be interesting to see your top 50 (or even just top 10) songs removed for the constraints of one per episode.
Please can you review miss Saigon
Tommy was the first show I ever saw live with my own money and it was a small theatre with a bloody pinball machine in the bar! And I got to talk to the lead and he was super nice and patient with me because of my terrible sign language until someone helped.
I LOVE YOU FOR PUTTING DROOD ON THIS LIST THANK YOU
Love all of these songs! You sir, are a musical theatre genius.
A man after my own heart!
Where's Golden Palace from Now.Here.This??? I still cry every single time I hear that song.
It's always fun watching Show of the Week. Most notably Hamilton because I'm obsessed with it. A little request for a future episode would be The Wild Party. Although an off-Broadway show, it has such a great feel. The Jazz overtone, the actors in it giving their all. But the best part, to me at least, is Brian d'Arcy James. His performance in it just wows me every time. I know how there are two Wild Parties so I'd say the one with Julia, Taye, Brian, and Idina. Thanks again!
Im in for 50 more! =D YAYY! This is the first time ive seen a video of yours where you say something nice about LesMiz ! (im sure you have but i havent seen it -- i will check out your LesMiz show of the week. Mr. Mash -- you can count me as one of your Nine - EVERYDAY!! i absolutely love your channel
We should remember Brian D’Arcy as Shrek bc he was AMAZING in that musical and I cried listening to Build a Wall
you should talk about sunday in the park with george.
I said to myself "I hope Make Them Hear You is one of -" and he IMMEDIATELY switched to Make Them Hear You and I feel super validated. I like this list very much.
I just finished playing Drowsy in The Drowsy Chaperone and when he listed Stumble it genuinely felt like a personal victory. That's MY SONG!!
Congrats! Here's to 50 more.
I just found your channel yesterday, and I've been binge watching. Love it!
Just a note because not sure if you know... Air Conditioner was written by Christine Lavin (she also wrote classics such as "Cold Pizza for Breakfast"). If you don't know Ms. Lavin's stuff, look it up because I think you would love it!
Hi I'm kind new to your channel and also kind of new to musicals. I mean I thought I knew a lot but watching your videos has introduced me to A LOT of new musicals! Like yesterday I listened to A Chorus Line and Little Shop of Horrors and I freakin love them!
This is so wonderful! Also, you do such a great mix of well-known and lesser known musicals. I love that.

I loved, "When you're an Addams" because I had to pick a song.
SEVENTEEN FROM HEATHERS YAS
Great list
Stars and the moon THANK YOU
Ohh, I love 'For Good'! Such a beautiful song!
Can't wait for the next 50 :)
I think everybody's girl is an amazing song in steel pier. Also the last midnight in into the woods is the best song in into the woods in my opinion.
"Everybody's Girl" from Steel Pier is amazing. Love your Sondheim picks--so very, very hard with him.
A Musical ✔️
The I Love You Song ✔️
Room Where it Happens ✔️
For Good ✔️
All is right with the world.....(for me tho it's a tie between The I Love You Song and Seconds pt 1/2 when it comes to Spelling Bee)
Something Rotten is my obsession at the moment and possibly my favorite modern musical theatre show. My alarm clock is "Will Power" and it never gets old.
I think that you could have also done "Welcome to the Renaissance," but I totally agree with "A Musical" as it is one of the most show-stopping numbers of all time (if not the most).
Thank you for introducing me to so many new musicals (including Sondheim)
Catch me sobbing over Bare any day
Have you done an episode about shows that aren't done as much anymore? I am in a production of Sweeney Todd and we were discussing that very topic. Shows like Man of La Mancha or Stop the World. Just a suggestion and keep good work!
I spent the whole video adding these songs to my playlist only to find it was all linked in the description...
Do you happen to have the link for Imelda Staunton's rendition of "Rose's Turn"? I adore that song and I adore her and I hope that production makes its way across the pond!
The Good Old Days from Damn Yankees sung by Ray Walston because Ray is awesome and the song is incredibly light but dark at the same time
This just makes me want to listen to musical theatre cast albums :)
Nice videos!
Mash! I love your comment about Act I finales, but I feel as though you probably overlooked one of the best Act 1 Finales of all time from URINETOWN....
I love you! Can you please review Young Frankenstein?
I think Skid Row is the best Little Shop of Horrors song.
You should check out the Andrew Lippa version of The Wild Party! Brian Darcy James at his finest in my opinion!!
I love “The I Love You” from Spelling Bee
AND the streets of Dublin! Yessss not gonna lie though I like ya got trouble a bit better than 76 trombones mostly because there's such a satisfaction in knowing all the words lol
"Stars" from Big the Musical
Why do we hate Shrek The Musical? I realize that it isn't artsy or significant, but it is undeniably fun and had a stellar cast
It's about as necessary as the stage musicals of Little Mermaid and Beauty and the Beast. I've seen both. It's so forced, and so obviously a Lego Movie (let's sell products)... That is why I strongly dislike it.
whimseywoman Little did u know the worst one was yet to come... SPONGEBOB THE MUSICAL
Has he ever mentioned spring awakening?
nope
I can hear your passion m8
PIPPIN BARE AND LES MIS ILY YES
"Real Love of My Life" from Brigadoon
"Oklahoma!" from Oklahoma
You should do this when you reach 100!
How long do you think that will take at this rate?
What about “Love Who You Love” From A Man Of No Importance?
honestly is there any song in bare that you DON'T cry at?
OK, you need to stay more about Next to Normal. All you say about it is the actors but it is a very serious yet funny show that. is. Not. Only. About. Aaron Tveit!!!
Can you review The Wiz Live PLEASE?!?! I really want to here your thoughts!
+Donovan Shaw Yass! PLEASE REVIEW the Wiz Live! Please!
