Today, we're gonna go through the history of Kamen Rider Ryuki's alternate timelines. How does Ryuki return to later crossovers if he lost his powers? We have a theory to explain right now.

The final Episode of Ryuki takes place in the World Of KamenRider; meaning Shinji will always find the Ryuki-Deck even there is no Rider War(Ryuki).

In ZIO episode 22 they follow the tv ending. aka the world reset. but since another shinji exist before the yui contract. Ryuga has the possibility to exist. Decade knows of this thus he relay this information to Heure the Time Jacker to Create Another Ryuga
