Hi, @Ed. The Marks of Fortune are the in-game currency and when you click to add/buy some, it opens up a Steam purchasing window. So it looks like you can buy with money you have in your Steam wallet. I'm not sure what it looks like outside of the US though.

do the in-game cash shop currency the same as your steam currency? OR the cash shop only use USD?
