Great looking jeans. I'm intrigued by the nightshade stretch selvedge they offer, but I'm kind of torn because this deep indigo stretch seem to be very positively regarded by the denim community. They also have an indigo indigo stretch selvedge now which looks cool.
IMO if your cotton denim isn't comfortable after break-in, it's the fit that's not right. Tight/skinny jeans are well out of style at this point anyway. Maybe try a pair of N&F weird guy or easy guy? If you try them on and think they look too baggy, you probably just need shirts that match the bagginess. :)
Agreed. I was buying jeans too skinny or sizing down pre 2015 because that was the raw denim trend at the time. My current Rogue Territory jeans are much better.
I went with a 31 tag size but my actual waist size measuring with a tape is 33.5. I would go off the sizing chart on Tate and Yoko and maybe size down another size because they are stretch denim. So if the size you need is say 32 based off the sizing chart id go 31 for stretch denim. If that makes sense.

The nightshade stretch look really cool. Try them both on in store if you have a denim shop near you if you can.
I have a pair (in super skinny guy) Are 2% stretch. They are my best fitting jeans.
2 percent stretch is perfect.
All about that stretch too, considering no stretch lately though

This is after 700 wears. So They actually hold their indigo for a long time. They faded really slow.

Did you ever tumble dry them after a wash?
Yes. At the time of this video washed 10 times and tumble dried maybe 3 times.
I think that’s where the horizontal lines come from... It should be avoided if possible.
