    And the highlight made by Anton Kraly about the need to have a telephone number in the store header is essential, I see that here in Brazil most store owners do not include a telephone number, but only the support email, and I always thought that was wrong, but I realize that They do this out of fear of a flood of complaints or returns. However, I have come to understand from the content on Anton's channel that this only happens when we choose suppliers that do not have quality products, or very long delivery times.
