Demon the Fallen was always one of my favorite white wolf games. It reminded me of that great Al Pacino monologue in the Devil’s Advocate. “Look, but don’t touch. Touch, but don’t taste. Taste, but don’t swallow.” So many great themes in D:tF. Shame it was only out for a few years.
Uaaa, this made my day! I've often found myself returning to your previous D:tF video, the one about the history of the Fallen, because it's such a pleasure to listen to. I'm happy to see another episode on a WoD game I just... fell in love with 🥰 Hope more Demon episodes will follow
I believe, due to the omlette episode, that each arc will focus on a different supernatural. Including werewolves, mages and wraiths. They didn't mention demons there so probably not them tho
Fallen down, Descent next. The Demon Translation Guide was always an interesting mix. A potential origin for the God-Machine, at least for the guide. It's a curious thought on stereotypes between templates. Like, how Imbued Hunters think of different supernaturals, and how each creed views everything. I wonder, how would Fallen Sebettu react to things like Prometheans, Deviants, or Beasts, and vice-versa?
I very much appreciate all of your hard work on an amazing game. I would like to see the rest of the new stuff because you explain it so easy to understand. Maybe you can explain the lore on Infernal next.
Thanks for the video! I generally like NWoD more than OWoD but I think I like Fallen more than Descent. Descent's "Techgnostic Espionage" concept would be cool for one splat axis but it kind of took over the whole game and deviated too much from the basic idea of a demon.
The Sebettu seem to fit the seven deadly sins, some more cleanly, others more loosely: Lamassu/Defilers = Lust (or Vanity) Namaru/Devils = Pride Rabisu/Devourers = Wrath Neberu/Fiends = Sloth Annunaki/Malefactors = Avarice Asharu/Scourges = Gluttony Halaku/Slayers = Envy (or Melancholy)

Lazar dropping that sweet midnight fluff again!

Yea verily I second this.
Now I am wondering if we will ever end up seeing Demons or Werewolves in H:TP, because rn it seems that vampires are the main foe
Werewolves were briefly touched on in one of them. I think we will see werewolves, not sure about demons.

@@roguepsykerhaaker4813 that would be cool
in the horse audiolog we're at least told that Elohim and Garou exist.
@@HalfTangible bruh I am still shocked as to how that one went down lol
*the ending*
Using David Tennant's Crowley from Good Omens in the thumbnail is what got this click.

I still rewatch your original lore vid on DtF, as I love your reading of it and interjections of Latin.
Lazer the world of darkness..
Truly remarkable work!
I would love a playlist of a timeline from beginning to end with all these beautiful games
In the order of the videos or the published games?
@@giorgioguolo7196 like chronological from the fall of Lucifer and Caine till the end of the timeline.
@@aveasatru9815 too many contradictions in settings and editions.
Yes! More Demon The Fallen, the one WoD game I’ll never get to play! I have been dying to find one so I could play my hand at a Lammasu reconciler!

I just joined a DtF Chronicle and I'm doing the character I did before that being a Namaru Reconciler whose primary Lore is the Lore of Flame.
Another great video. Thanks!
Stoked have a comment for the algorithm
Your work is amazing, Lazar!
Can’t wait to see the top ten videos for the demon houses. Love your work
